Whether you’re looking for a soft, low-maintenance look or a full blonde transformation, I’m here to bring your hair goals to life. —- APPOINTMENT POLICIES A card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Changes made within 12 hours will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time to ensure we have the full time needed for your service. Late arrivals may require rescheduling or be charged a late fee. All services are customized and booked based on the time needed to achieve your desired result. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. However, to respect both our time and the time of other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 25% of the scheduled service. • Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 90% of the scheduled service. • No-shows (missing your appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
